Myth #6: All Diabetic patients should take in Insulin

Fact:

Persons who are facing complaints of Type-1 Diabetes should take insulin without fail since their pancreas has completely stopped secreting insulin.

However the persons with Type-2 Diabetes may or may not require (not all cases) given that they will have to manage varying blood sugar levels.

Myth #7: If more insulin is needed then it signifies that diabetic condition is worsening

Fact:

Insulin is required in order to keep the blood sugar level in the nominal range in the case of which the patients will be in a healthy condition without any severity.

If at all the pancreas has stopped secreting insulin it is understood that more insulin would be required in order to bring the physical condition of the patient back to normalcy.

Myth #8: Diabetes is curable!

Fact:

There is no cure for diabetes however there are some practicable ways to deal with it successfully.

Healthy balanced diet in conjunction with exercising, Insulin and medication are some of the factors that will help a person deal with diabetes successfully.
